Smile Solutions of Baltimore is seeking an experienced, growth-minded Dental Team Support Coordinator who thrives in both clinical and front office settings.
This is a dynamic role for someone who takes pride in excellence, values accountability, and enjoys being a key contributor to a well-run, positive practice.
In This Role You Will:
- Assist chairside with efficiency and confidence
- Take digital X-rays (X-ray certification required)
- Maintain high standards in sterilization and operatory setup
- Support scheduling, patient communication, and insurance verification
- Discuss treatment and financial arrangements with clarity and professionalism
- Contribute to smooth daily flow and strong team communication
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Is X-ray certified and experienced in dental assisting
- Is organized, dependable, and solutions-oriented
- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do

Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
